Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cache Flow website and Cache Flow Discord bot (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or their systems.

Connecting your account

The Services let you connect your Roblox account using Roblox's official OAuth sign-in to verify your identity. When you connect through the Cache Flow Discord bot, we associate your Discord user ID with your authenticated Roblox account so that you and other authorized bot users can request statistics for that account. You are responsible for your own accounts and for any activity that occurs through them. You may request disconnection at any time.

Discord bot and statistics

The Cache Flow Discord bot scans publicly available Roblox profile, group, game, visit, and concurrent-player information and may use third-party sources to estimate historical peak concurrent users. Results are estimates, may be delayed or incomplete, and must not be treated as guaranteed or official Roblox statistics. You may not use the bot to harass others, evade access controls, overload the Services, or obtain information through unauthorized means.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of the Services are owned by Cache Flow unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Game titles, trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.

Relationship with Roblox

Cache Flow is an independent development studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox services is governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that bot scans and role assignments will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cache Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
