Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Cache Flow ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the Cache Flow Discord bot. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using these services you agree to this policy.
What Cache Flow does
Cache Flow is a platform for Roblox creators and studios. Each creator gets a public profile that showcases the games they work on, live player and visit statistics, and links to their channels across the web, all in one place.
Creators can connect their YouTube, TikTok, X, GitHub, Discord, and Roblox accounts to their profile. Connecting an account uses that platform's official OAuth sign-in, so the link shown on the profile is verified as genuinely belonging to the creator rather than a hand-typed link anyone could fake.
How Cache Flow uses your YouTube (Google) data:
when you choose to connect YouTube, Cache Flow requests read-only
access (the youtube.readonly scope) and uses it solely
to read your channel's name, ID, and thumbnail so it can display a
verified link to your channel on your Cache Flow profile. Cache Flow
never posts, edits, or deletes anything on your account, does not
access private or analytics data, and does not share this data with
third parties. You can disconnect the account from your profile at
any time.
Information we collect
Roblox account information. When you choose to
connect your Roblox account, we use Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 and
OpenID Connect sign-in. After you approve the request, Roblox shares
a limited set of profile information with us. This includes your
Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar image. We only
request the openid and profile permissions,
and we use this solely to verify your identity. We never see or store
your Roblox password.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide. This includes your message, the topic you select, and any connected account identifiers.
Discord bot information. When you connect through the Cache Flow Discord bot, we store your Discord user ID together with your authenticated Roblox user ID and profile information. When a scan is requested, we also process and may retain the target account, scan time, estimated peak and current concurrent users, visits, games and groups searched, and role-assignment result. The underlying Roblox profile, group, and game statistics are publicly available information.
How we use your information
- To verify the identity of people who contact us.
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and impersonation.
- To connect Discord users to their authenticated Roblox accounts.
- To provide CCU, visit, game, group, and role-verification scans.
How your information is stored
Contact form submissions are delivered to our team through Discord's webhook service and are kept in that channel for internal use. They are not stored separately on our servers beyond what is briefly held in memory while the message is being delivered. You may ask us to remove your information at any time by reaching out through the contact page.
Discord-to-Roblox account links and recent bot scan results are stored on our servers so the bot can recognize connected users and provide its features. Account links currently expire after 30 days unless refreshed. Short-lived login tickets and OAuth state are removed after they expire. Cached public game peak statistics may be retained to improve scan reliability and performance.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to operate the services:
- Roblox. Handles authentication when you connect your account through OAuth.
- Discord. Contact form submissions, including your name, message, topic, and any connected account handles, are forwarded to our private Discord server through a webhook. Discord also processes bot commands, interactions, user IDs, server membership, and bot messages needed to operate the Cache Flow Discord bot.
- Rolimons. We may retrieve publicly available game statistics from Rolimons to estimate historical peak concurrent users.
- Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare as a reverse proxy and CDN in front of our servers. Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP addresses, as traffic passes through. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services
Connecting your Roblox account relies on Roblox's authentication service and is governed by Roblox's Privacy Policy. Discord bot interactions and contact form submissions are processed through Discord and are also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. Historical game statistics may be retrieved from Rolimons and are subject to Rolimons' Privacy Policy. Network traffic passes through Cloudflare and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by reaching out through our contact page.
Children's privacy
Our audience includes Roblox players of varying ages. We only collect the limited information described above, and we do not knowingly collect more personal information than is necessary to respond to a request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
